November 4, 2012 - This is a beautiful wine in the glass. Dark color, solid viscosity. Dark chocolate, spices, black fruit on the nose. The aroma from opening to 8 hours afterwards is exceptional. Good mouthfeel, big and bold as a zinfandel should be. A bit hot on the finish, but the 14.8% alcohol is well integrated. For the price it is a solid performer. I will buy more.
