June 3, 2023 - A best ager! Dark color, sweet nose. Wonderful bouquet with an underlaying sweetness, which makes the wine charming and elegant although there is some acidity. Round and harmonious. Medium to long silky finish. A couple of more years ahead

May 16, 2023 - Very tasty! This bottle had a dry cork that broke when extracting it. Poured the wine into a carafe and used a filter to capture the broken cork bits. There were a great deal of wine solids also. The wine tasted of deep red and black fruits with complexity and finesse. Great purity and mouthfeel. Nice medium nose of sweet fruit. Except for the cork, this wine was a great success. Still seems to have lots of life in it. (Served with mushroom and veggies in a red sauce that topped pasta.)
