March 15, 2015 - Eye: Deep Garnet
Nose: Black cherry, raspberry vanilla and toast
Palate: Black fruits, black truffle and some black berry jam on the back end with med+ acidity and med + astringency.
Overall this was a good CA Pinot. The fruit was a bit over extracted for my personal taste but had nice structure and i would say another 2-3 years of development. Enjoy! -
