  January 29, 2017 - Twisted and poured, consumed over 2 hours with some left for night two. Nose shows dark red fruits, olive brine, smoky meat. Palate leans more on the smoky meat side over blue/black fruits and pepper. Ample tannins draw out the finish for 30+ seconds. Will try to revisit note on night number two.

  June 24, 2016 - Good. Not as fond of red mt syrah as i am of walla walla. Prefer a bit more meat and fruit. But this was very good. From full pull.

  May 20, 2015 - On day two, the fruit is much more expressive. Tannins are still pretty firm. Overall it needs some air before it really starts to come into its own.

  December 4, 2014 - Nose is a bit of black fruit, a bit of river rock, and a bit of bacon fat. Similar flavors, but quickly overwhelmed by tannins. Would be really pleasant otherwise. Perhaps in a year or two...
