May 25, 2017 - This is in a wonderful phase at the moment! The wine is not closed any more, as it still was for 2 years ago. Earthy tones, smoke, tobacco leave, ripe dark berries and dried fig on the nose and on the palate. This full-bodied wine is invigorated by the lively acidity, and the rich fruitiness has not yet faded at all. Bravo!

April 26, 2017 - Red, ripe fruit. Sweet soy, basil, candied herbs. Alcohol smells high but is balanced on the palate. Tannins are nicely integrated. Will age beautifully over the next few years. Easy drinking, food friendly wine.

April 3, 2017 - Beautiful red hues. Chalky on the palate. Rhubarb with tart cherry, cocoa powder and herbaceous. A smoke flavor lingers on your palate. Young and easy drinking

March 17, 2017 - Perfume and high alcohol on the nose. Sweet candied plum, Asian spices, soy, worcestershire. Thin and a bit astringent. Probably needs to be decanted.

March 3, 2017 - Really nice. Definitely not at full peak, but still delicious. Well balanced of dark red fruits and some slight hints of tobacco. Looking forward to my other bottle down the road.
