    January 9, 2017 - A little flat, undefined.

December 27, 2016 - Needs to breathe, but an outstanding match for roast turkey and all the trimmings - sufficient acidity to cope with cranberry sauce, sufficient weight to cope with the heaviness of the meal, and complementary aromatics.

November 23, 2016 - Clear, deep-ruby color. Secondary/primary aromas of blackberry pie, garrigue, iron and mesquite smoke. On the palate, showing tight black fruit & fig, sweet & savory spices, black tea and earth. Medium acidity, with a silky and fleshy mid-palate, finishing with smooth & round tannins, and lengthy spice notes. At the beginning of its drinking window- drink now with long decant or hold.

October 29, 2016 - Outstanding. Only at the beginning of its drinking window, it is exemplary Gigondas - white pepper, lashings of intense black fruit, dried herbs, wet rocks. Will be very interesting to watch over the next 10 years at least, I'd say. Very smart and well put together.

October 16, 2016 - Brett. It took of slightly over2-3 hours, but still close to undrinkable.
