March 20, 2018 - An incredibly crisp chardonnay for its age. Beautifully balanced, nice acidity, long finish. Thought we waited too long to drink it, but it was just perfect.
The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are slow. It smells like honeysuckle, hay/straw, lychee and pear. It tastes like light toast, vanilla and pear. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes long and has medium acidity.1 person found this helpful Comment -

March 18, 2017 - Pop and pour at restaurant. We really liked this wine. Lots of floral notes, with some vanilla, plum, and apricot notes. Great acidity, long finish. Very complex and structured on the palate. We had this with a tuna filet and it was a perfect combination. Overall, really liked this wine! One of the best chardonnays I have ever tasted.

May 24, 2015 - A little flatter than when we had our last bottle, 10 months ago. Fruit seems to lose some strength. Will make sure to drink the rat over the course of this year.
