December 10, 2013 - Nose: Very well balanced and fragrant nose with red apples, citrus, mineral notes, and pears. There is nice depth to this with a linear style to the nose.

Taste: Medium bodied with medium/high acidity. The feel is very fresh with red and green apples, mineral notes, and pears.

Overall: This is a very refreshing and balanced bubbly. The chardonnay definitely dominates and there is a precision to the wine.

November 12, 2012 - Dry and pretty classic Champagne. Golden color. Lovely stuff
