  May 28, 2020 - Splash decanted and waited 15 minutes before drinking over next 2 hours. No detailed notes. HUGE nose while decanting; cherry and ?? Rose, semi-opaque. Medium-plus body. Wonderful flavors that morphed over the time. In a good place now, but a few years left.

  May 26, 2018 - Plenty of fruit and spice to go around- jammy boysenberry, baking spices, and a punch of vanilla and oak. Full bodied, bright fruit acid, easy to like- but not wow, great. Easy to have all by itself, this'd be awesome with some pulled pork. Threw quite a bit of sediment.

  May 7, 2018 - You know, your average Monday Zin right? Not really! Crazy good right now, tannins are very soft and the fruit is still well intact. Paired with a Korean bone broth and beef stir fry. We thought it worked really well together. One of the great Zins out of Paso, I know there’s a lot! But, you know, the best wine, is the one you are drinking right now! Cheers!
