July 7, 2016 - Pretty good acid and berries and tart red fruit. This has some potential to score a point or two more. I think this could come together well innanother few years

June 30, 2016 - I tasted this wine upon release and was unimpressed with its light weight and lack of focus compared to the wonderful MEV pinots I've come to love over the years. Well what a difference a few years in bottle has made. This wine is just fabulous. There's a fleshy note on the nose, followed by a melange of tart berries and deep dark roses. The mouthfeel is medium and silky with cranberry and tart cherry that keeps on coming. Drinking far beyond its price point.

April 10, 2016 - Medium color, nice fragrant aromas. Bright elegant fruit with a rich mouthfeel. Very nice. (and only 13.5% abv to boot)

March 28, 2016 - Solid Pinot nose and flavour. I enjoyed this wine but will wait a year or two before opening another one to see how it develops but certainly drinking well now.

March 13, 2016 - Terrific. Plenty of fresh, ripe, rich, vibrant red fruits and spice with a dusty, brambly/underbrush character and a few sharp edges that provide a framework for all the fruit. Medium bodied and seamless with good depth and concentration, a lush mouthfeel and a firm, but not harsh structure. This wine plenty of everything I like and not too much of anything I don't.
