September 20, 2014 - Straw colored with clear edges, nose has hints of alcohol and wood, palate is crisp with balanced notes of citrus, apple, nutmeg and oak. Definitely became more expressive over an hour or so as it warmed from cellar temperature. Very nice almost burgundian in style.
