February 18, 2012 - Nice earthy qualities. Complex nose of anise, espresso, cocoa and red and black berry fruit compote. Notes of turned soil. Lots of sour cherry. Some chocolate. A nice roasty quality. Savory herbs and raspberry. Very tasty!
