December 30, 2022 - This was drinking again beautifully. No dusty notes upon opening this time but rather restrained and thin. Then again blossomed after 1 or 2 hours of air in the bottle, gained some weight and body. Well alive, dried cherries, autumn leaves with some minerality. Good acidic structure. Excellent

August 26, 2022 - Dust and earth with slight notes of dried cherry on pnp. Drying tannins but the dried ripe fruit flavour held for quite a while in the aftertaste. Then after a couple of hours this began to shine, some acidity emerged and more fruit came through. Again dry cherry, some licorice, plum, even some herbal flavours, beautifully paired with tertiary notes of old leather, iron and earth. What a treat!
