June 11, 2013 - Room temp, opened the bottle, let it sit for 40 min. In the glass: Light yellow, slight effervescent, no legs. On the nose: Whiff of peach, minerals. In the mouth: light/medium mouth feel, sweet warm peaches, vegetal, tiny bit of spice, tiny tart at the back of the throat. No finish, but who cares? This is very nice, not too sweet, no tannins to speak of. A nice, sit on the deck in the sun and enjoy kinda white.

February 25, 2012 - 2nd in a flight of 6 various from Wash, OR, Cali. In the glass: Faint pink tint, clear. On the nose: Light fragrance, nothing distinct for me, spouse said "roses & herbal". In the mouth: Tiny bit of tartness, but overall light mouth feel and light acids, no grip to speak of, a little tart finish. Told that this was all stainless fermentation, tasted like it as there was no oak at all. An easy summer drinker, but a bit monosyllabic for me.
