January 11, 2024 - Not past it at all. Great wine.

  • Rahbek Likes this wine: 92 points

July 22, 2022 - Splendid Barossa wine. Delicate nose and long aftertaste. No rush.

  • CheviotCellar Likes this wine: 91 points

October 20, 2021 - Very good, but still a little tight and lacking ripeness. This was surprising, as we had the 2015 Struie recently and loved its accessibility. We bought these 2010 vintages expecting a greater degree of enjoyment.

Lots of oak and mint, earthy chocolate flavors along with strong blueberry and blackberry fruit notes. Full and rich. Will hold remaining bottle a few more years to see if tertiary notes develop.

  • LambarOdelmeyer Likes this wine:

October 2, 2021 - Dark red, slight browning at the rim. Nose of black fruits, alcohol, earth, black pepper. Full bodied, fine tannins. Palate has pepper, spices, dark fruits. Acidity still prominent, very long finish. Nice wine.
