June 27, 2018 - Apple, pear, lemon, flowers. Beautiful mineralty and crisp acidity with only a little oak. Clean fruit.

Great with our grilled Atlantic salmon and with rice and herbal chicken. Not as good with the grilled swordfish -oh well. Great qpr for $19 /bottle. Drink now or hold.

May 17, 2016 - Light greenish-gold, nose of steel and rock, light citrus and little if any oak, balanced wine with short finish. Good match to the dobin-mushi.

May 20, 2015 - Nice mix of stone fruit and lean, mineral driven flavor. Almost like Chablis, Cali style.

March 20, 2015 - A good wine for the first day of spring. Very light in color with delicate floral and citrus aromas. Flavors of lemon, stonefruit, and chalk. Comes off as very pure and natural.

January 3, 2014 - Light golden color. Crisp and citrusy. A slight hint of green apple on the nose and finish. Not as lean as I expected as it had somewhat of a rounded mouth feel. I would love to try this wine in ten years. A very refreshing, pure chardonnay not overly oaked with a promising upside. No rush.
