  July 21, 2013 - Party of 8... Drank this with slow braised pork belly served with a spiced 'peach conserve/satsuma balsamic vinegar/Vidal ice wine' reduction. Pairing of the rose suggested by Scott Simonson from Chez nous. Brilliant pairing. One of the most memorable courses ever. Here's to hoping I can duplicate the reduction!

  March 16, 2013 - exactly the way I like Rose.....crisp,just a touch of fruit, and perfect with a mix of meats, cheeses and BBQ chicken and spicy sausage. Reminiscent of some of the more elegant French rose's I've tried and loved. Pale, almost peachy color. Impressed the crowd.

  December 28, 2012 - 50+5+11+17+8 Crisp and light, great with swordfish, grilled chicken. Notes of tangerine and peach with hints of strawberry. Long finish that reveals a hint of melon after some time.
