March 26, 2012 - Pretty decent German Riesling, if not spectacular. A little soapy on the nose but that does not extend into the palate of this wine. Definite apples and a clean initial flavor attack. Some minerality and a bit of acidity is present on the finish which I would have liked to linger a little while longer.
A very good entry level German Riesling.
