Community Tasting Notes 2

October 19, 2009 - Still quite complex and well balanced. Pairs well with food. Opens up some in the glass, developing a longer finish. Lots of lighter fruits like cherries on the palate. A bit of alcohol heat too. Well-balanced, soft tannins. A very, very good Meritage.
