November 18, 2020 - Better than the previous bottle, but still not particularly good. Tannins, totally resolved, lots of acid, but there's enough midpalate substance to make it a pleasant enough quaff with food. Drink up.

March 22, 2020 - Smells like what it is, old Loire CF, with a lot of minty funk and some purple Cabernet fruit. Drinkable but past prime, decent weight upfront but the fruit is fading and this is turning tart. Probably better 5-10 years ago.

November 24, 2019 - thin clean pure typical cab fran flavors. Rather than tired, I think that this is the style of this wine. Quite fresh, the texture could have been mistaken for a beaujolais. Pair with vegetables, does not have the stuffing to handle much else. A delight.

April 8, 2014 - Brown Bag Wine Dinner at Two Chefs - Double Blind (TWO CHEFS, MIAMI, FL): The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are medium. It smells like cherry, strawberry, eucalyptus and tobacco. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. Al's Red.
