July 17, 2021 - Dark purple with slight bricking, cork in great shape. Better than I remember compared to previous bottles. Weird to think that it is just starting to come around, but maybe. Enjoyable depth and complexity of typical cab sauv flavors. Slightly smoky and sweet red fruits, smooth and rounded tannins.

August 1, 2020 - Started off 95/96 rated—inky dark fruit, mocha, dark cherry with graphite and lead...but faded with more fruit forward, squishy structure and a little hot at times..:rounded big wine with soft tannins, open mouth feel...very soft and mellow by end of the night, lack of length and finish at end of night probably made me like it less

Taste: cherries, cassis, smooth with a long finish that is smooth.
Does not taste like a California Cabernet. -

August 22, 2019 - Pop and pour with rib caps. Silky, full-bodied Sonoma Cab with intense nose of camphor and pipe tobacco. On the palate, evolved through several stages. With two hours of air, focused wet earth and cassis. Really good.

August 17, 2019 - Smooth, typical cab profile but but slightly flat midpalate and unremarkable finish. Disappointing for the tariff and bottle age.
