February 28, 2022 - Colour is still good, not looking old - has a tinge of green to it
Beautiful florally nose
Palate is really good - kind of in a middle-zone between young and developed riesling - has a really good rounded mouthfeel that you don't get with young riesling
A good zing of acidity to it at the end - lemon/lime/sherbert and green apple skin on your teeth
Really well balanced wine. I reckon it will cellar another few years but I'm liking it now -

June 10, 2021 - The Crawford River 2011 young vines was an excellent example of the slightly off dry Rieslings from Henty (Drumborg). Limes to the max, crunchy red apple, and a creamy and slippery mouthfeel balanced perfectly by acids. This was very high quality, but above all a joy to drink. Me and this on a Sunday arvo.
It’s mid life, drink now to 10 years. -

September 21, 2013 - Pale straw. Fresh nose, nicely citrusy. Plenty of zip here, lime, mineral and a touch of ripeness hinting at RS before a bone dry and long finish. Very good indeed. ***1/2

March 21, 2013 - My Favourie Australian Wines; 8/27/2010-8/28/2014: Complex, rich and long. Amazing given it's from their young vines as it was my pick of their offerings. Neither South Australian-like, nor spicy, dry Germanic-style. Good.

August 22, 2012 - 10x20 Victorian Tasting (Customs House, Sydney, Australia): Appealing, youthful nose of florals, pineapple and honeydew melon. Palate has a crisp line of acidity and good length.
