December 2, 2020 - Consumed over two days. Lighter style, high acid, dry red fruit, prominent oak. Has a bitter edge when opened that didn’t resolve on day two. This might be past peak, don’t think it will improve.

November 25, 2015 - Red cherry, raspberry and baking spices on the nose. On the lighter side of medium bodied to start, but deepens after being open for about two hours. Soft red cherry upfront is the most prominent, adding in raspberry and other red fruit through the middle. Fruit brightens and becomes more focused towards the finish, shifting from softer and more open, to more acidity driven. Baking spices and mineral notes on the tart and acidity driven finish. The highpoints of this wine were the balance between the fruit and acidity, the smoothness throughout and the transition to the finish. Should last at this level for a couple more years, but given my experiences with Trisaetum's other 2009 and 2010 pinots, I wouldn't wait too long. This wine isn't going to improve and is drinking very well currently.

January 16, 2013 - 2 Days in the Valley- Day 1 (Willamette Valley, OR): Nose: Very floral and demure nose with tones of dark red fruits, red cherries, fresh picked berries, spice tones, and some rose petals. Nice depth with a nice feminine take on the nose.

Taste: Nice and polished medium body with tart medium+ acidity and some nice tannins. The structure isn't necessarily imposing, but it does show some youth along with the tones of plums, dark red fruits, cherries, and rose petals.

Overall: This is a very pretty wine that needs some time. Well balanced with very good depth and a more nuanced nature to it.

January 14, 2013 - Really good nose this one, bright red berry and cherry aromas, baking spices, light dried herbs. The palate is lighter weight but has very good feel and intensity. Fresh cherries, raspberries, baking spices, all well integrated with the structure and long on the finish. Drinking really well, very delicious.

September 1, 2012 - At the winery tasting room. In the glass: Light garnet, decent legs. On the nose: Sour/tart cherries, Herbal. In the mouth: Less concentrated, typical pinot of pepper spice & tart cherries, toasty oak, light finish. Did not get the retail, but if its priced like their other selections, it will be overpriced.
