March 25, 2022 - Slight bricking but tasted fresh. A nicely balanced wine with acid in check (always a challenge for Nebbiolo). Otherwise no distinguishing character to note.

    March 25, 2022 - pnp coravin pour.

very pretty light garnet in glass.

nose is very shy: cherry candy, medium oxidation.

palate: similar cherry candy. surprisingly rich with some mild (but jagged) tannin. pretty low acid. pleasant stemmy amaro like bitterness

likable and a good price for a quality back vintage. I'm just not sure this scratches my nebbiolo itch. ...at least on pnp

    day two and decanted=same

January 21, 2022 - Not as special or youthful as the 2005. Showing age a bit. Still quite good, similar notes to 2005. Just rougher and more muted.

April 14, 2019 - Cole brown at edges. Fruit is fading it seems as tannins still prominent and some astringent taste. Drink up good for a daily wine for pork or pasta without red sauce

December 31, 2018 - 85. Ok fruit, not a lot of tar/roses, and a bit thin astringent tannins.
    would not purchase again.
