February 16, 2012 - Blind Tasting 1968-79 Ridge Geyservilles (Tom's House, Palo Alto, CA): Nose started reticent then opened to show cinnamon and cherry. Light to medium bodied with medium acidity. Cherry and raspberry fruit, bit of black tea. (my 7th, group's 6th)

December 25, 2010 - Still some fruit. Very nicely balanced. Hard to believe it is anywhere nears its actual age. earthiness to the nose with perhaps a touch of cola. Happy to drink again if I only had another bottle. medium length but very nice finish with a trace of tannin remaining.
