May 20, 2023 - Terracotta in colour and little on the nose. This is a medium to lightweight wine that did not open up much. On the plus side it is soft, healthy and at no point tail off so can be enjoyed for a few years more.

April 25, 2023 - En Primeur campaign for the 2022 vintage Day Four (Bordeaux): From Magnum. Brambles, forest floor, mushroom, sous bois, earth. Slightly sour red over blackberry, chalky tannins, it's a little sharp. Hmm

November 30, 2021 - Decanted for 1hour. Wine showed sign of decay. Light in color, almost transparent, and barely fragrant. For about 30 minutes, the wine started to show some sign of life, exhuming a light nose of tobacco and tart. Did not last very long. Wouldn’t recommend buying anymore as this wine is way past the end of its life.

June 29, 2020 - Good bottle with lower neck filling. Cork came out whole and was not fully soaked.
Needed 45 minutes of decanting in glass to really open up but had fruit from the start. Enjoyed it

October 9, 2014 - a nicely aged bottle found in a small retail store at Hamburg, transparent garnet red colour , earthy and still fruity nose, a whiff of minerals, on the palate still some grainy tannin, red fruit, cherry, raspberry, smooth and balanced, light to midweight body, for me fully matured, long finish, could be kept for some more years, but I think will not improve, ***, 87- 89
