Community Tasting Notes 1

July 28, 2013 - Light golden yellow, clear.
Weird note as poured into the glass, but it quickly disappears.
After a while the nose is elegant, dry, fresh. Wet rocks, pineapple, pear.
The palate is rich but tense, lemony, with a finish on grapefruit. Lots of energy and a bright acidity.
After 48 hours in the fridge had developed an oxydative note.
