March 16, 2019 - Nose is a little hot but notes of caramel, honey, golden raisins and a hint of lemon peel keep me coming back for more. Palate is full and round in the best possible way—this is much better than the previous bottle. Palate is more of the same as the nose with honey and dried figs, jolly rancher and a beautiful balance between sweetness and acidity in the long finish. A perfect dessert by itself but also with blue cheese or an apple pie.

July 14, 2018 - Probably past its prime; maybe stored improperly—it tasted cooked in some ways. Very dark golden color, nose is oxidized and a bit stale with honey notes. Palate is lemony with strong honey notes but the finish is short and a little clumsy. Not bad but lacking the brightness and acidity to balance the sweetness and body that it’s still carrying.

November 10, 2013 - A nice peach color. Viscous mouth feel. Sweet honey and honey suckle aroma. Smooth and pleasant. Very long finish.
