April 4, 2014 - Contrary to other offerings from Bouchaine, this did not live up to their superb performances elsewhere. Very light body, candied plum and stamped leather dominate despite lighter rosewater and red currant aromatics.

March 7, 2014 - An extraordinarily complex Syrah. Notes of cherry and flowers almost reminiscent of a Pinot Noir but with a tempered tannic finish. Surprising, but in a very good way.
