July 6, 2022 - After 55 years this wines still has e beautifull round taste with lovely left tannine. Yes you need to like old wines, as they get more dark fruits, earth tones and leather, even a little musky. Bit this was my first Chateau Margaux and was surprized why the rating is so low. This was just a fantastic bollte (neck fill)

May 16, 2022 - Wonderful opportunity to experience this older bottle of wine. Perhaps a bit past its prime, but still had dark fruit notes on the palate with a slight sulferous hint on the nose. No tannins left after all this time. Very smooth drinking.

April 23, 2022 - This is still a wonderful wine. A powerful blackberry taste complements the very smooth texture. The colour is a touch brownish but predominantly dark ruby red.

September 1, 2017 - A Night to Remember - Don and Sally's 50th Wedding Anniversary (Don and Sally's Home): As Don said, "cuddly." Pale hued, almost transparent at rim, but with a deeply hued red meniscus. Very soft and round on nose and palate. Very feminine and graceful in its red fruits. Warm round finish that goes on and on.

April 26, 2016 - This is SINGING right about now! Wowza!

Pepper, earthy, toasted notes. Delicious oak and cedar with a faint note of currants.

But this is a "drink up now" wine!
