Community Tasting Notes 14

November 17, 2013 - pear bubblegum aromas. fleshy white fruit aromas. Juicyfruit, the gum. the fruit is starting to turn a corner towards some maturity. hints of green, and not too floral. maturing Juicyfruit. I'm stuck thinking of a two year old piece of gum on the sidewalk.
Palate has a little candied nature to the fruit. Fleshy wine. nicely balanced. acid doesn't pop out, but still has presence. Med acid.
much better than I remember remembering, but looking back this always seems to stack up.

October 2, 2013 - lotsa wine for the money

this one shares some characteristics with Sauv. Blanc but a lot more balanced

July 29, 2013 - Very nice Albariño. Light straw color, tropical note aroma with a floral undertone, ripe Asian pears on the palate with bold Meyer lemon acidity and an earthy minerality on the finish. Nice round mouthfeel that leaves you wanting more.

July 16, 2013 - By the glass restaurant purchase. Mostly tropical fruits, with lesser notes of apricot and peach. Okay, but nothing particularly notable.
