Community Tasting Notes 1

February 20, 2013 - PnP - 750ml; Color is medium yellow, sligthly hazy - looks unfiltered. Aromas of tropical fruit and melon with some oak and vanilla. Pleasant initial taste of honeydew melon and lemon with vanilla. 3 seconds in I get alot of oak wood on the mid-palate. Finishes with some acidity, tanginess, and still too much oak. This is not buttery but the oak needs to integrate better. I hope this mellows out a bit.
