November 22, 2021 - Smooth and easy to drink, decanted to remove sediment and was ready immediately. Forest, a bit of tobacco and dark olives, medium weighted with nice acidity. Very dependable as usual.

October 28, 2021 - Black pepper and blackberries on a slightly garnet medium purple base. Palate is pepper and medium to dark fruit and spice. Medium acid and fine tannins for a long finish. Can’t see this getting any better.
