February 5, 2024 - From magnum. Dark colour and a dark intense nose with some herbal Cab Franc notes. It has ample soft, dark, juicy fruit with a fine balance with maybe a tad of opulence. Easy to drink now.

August 21, 2021 - From magnum, decantred and enjoyed over a few hours by 5 people…really delicious. Rich nicely fruited and balanced wine but not quite what I would elevate to a “wow wine” however. It was very smooth, with integrated tannin, ok acidity and nice black fruit profile. Very nice with grilled steaks. Easy to drink and satisfying but not the most complex or aromatic wine. Still, excellent and enjoyable. Modest remaining lifespan but probably not improving from here.

May 30, 2021 - Wow wine. It has everything. Structure, acidity, depth, incredible nose, length. Kept improving in the glass. Out of 15 wines that evening, this was the wine everyone kept talking about.

November 4, 2017 - Occational dinner group; Il Caberlot tasting. (Mei Wah): In the bouquet dark berries and herbs. On the palate dark berries, chocolate, fresh acidity, round tannin and already a great pleasure to drink. 93+
