Community Tasting Notes 2

February 26, 2022 - Burgundy night at Tasty Loong: Most classic Burgundian nose out of the wines tonight, plenty of earthy characteristics and some VA. Still quite tannic at this point in time but very bright red fruit that I often get from Savigny-lès-Beaune. Had the brilliant purity of fruit of 2010s with some acid on the finish.

December 13, 2013 - plush but crisp, transparent ripe cherries with good lift. Impressive for the appellation.
