April 25, 2012 - TN: Wines from Eastern Europe and Greece: This is actually a blend of 85% Prokupac, 10% Cab and 5% Merlot. It sells for $15 and is a great QPR. Purple ruby in color. The nose has dark cherries. Medium bodied. Dark cherries to match on the palate. Slightly bitter on the finish. Nice acidity. Unique and interesting. Easily the groups and mine, #2 wine.
