June 19, 2014 - Bleached oat straw colored in the glass, almost clear. Nose is neutral with a hint of alcohol, palate opens with tropical fruits, citrus blossom and white floral noes. Refreshing and nice for summer.

June 16, 2014 - Very pale straw color. Nose: pineapple, golden apple, tangerine, and lemon drops with accents of sugarcane, lemongrass, coconut, white rose, and river stone. Medium body on the palate: pineapple, golden apple, tangerine, and Persian raisin framed by sugarcane, coconut, lemongrass, white pepper, and river stone. Medium acidity. Lingering coconut, lemongrass, Persian raisin skin, white pepper, and river stone on the moderate finish. Expressive, fun, and fruity grounded by excellent minerality. Begs for coconut-milk-based Thai dishes. Drink now.

December 12, 2013 - Almost clear just a hint of straw color, clean and refreshing, aromatic nose of melon and stone fruits, palate is balanced with soft acid and flavors of grapefruit, mixed citrus and Asian pear. Surprising full bodied on the palate with a medium long finish or over ripe cantaloupe. Very well done.

October 15, 2012 - Clean look and taste. Color is very clear amber. Taste is full of fruit like grapefruit, apple, lemon/lime. Refreshing!

August 26, 2012 - Fairly boring. But almost a great apertif... Bouquet: Dry seaweed, minor acids, fresh, wet paper. Palate: Simple, Tiny Sweetness and cantaloupe finish, clean front.
