February 2, 2014 - light, briary notes, smoke, something vegetal, tart cherries on the finish. True to varietal from cold climate. Went well with chive bacon cheese spread from Wegmans and Triscuits Brown Rice Tomato and Sweet Basil crackers. Grilled pork with a chipotle and elderberry sauce. Very good.
