November 21, 2020 - Decanted about 90 minutes. Very smooth. Mellow cherry and berry flavors. Perfect amount of tannins to keep it interesting.

March 28, 2015 - Simply a delicious wine. Great structure and balance and a perfect compliment to seared elk as well as boar tacos. Medium acid, medium plus tannin. Med plus finish. Earth, plum, tobacco, and sweet chewy tannin.

June 16, 2014 - The tannins have a ways to go to smooth out, but unfortunately there isn't much fruit left. I'm not sure how much time will fix things.
