February 28, 2024 - Acker "Paulee" Burgundy Dinner (Capital Seafood - Beverly Hills CA): Paulée style dinner. The last pour from the bottle, so possibly not representative. Big, burly, meaty character with reasonable finesse but very good weight.

September 16, 2022 - Surprised by this bottle. Great condition. Sweet. Strawberry. Candy Drinking very elegantly. Extremely enjoyable now and more importantly, the palate wasn't think. Held good concentration and weight.

April 19, 2018 - Undeniably great, and certainly exceeded my expectations. Multi-layered red berries and fruit with raspberry and red plum. Delicate but persistent spice notes. Mineral inflected soil notes. Consumed over an hour but would have benefited from more air time.
