February 22, 2014 - Popped and poured from the cellar, then straight into the fridge for a 30 minute decant.
Pale, clear white gold in colour.
Fresh nose of tropical and white stone fruits, very nice.
Soft mouth filling texture, light body, tropical, pineapple, pear upfront which continues mid palate to finish with a pleasant hint of tang and acidity, longish finish.
Quite enjoyable without being a powerful chardonnay, nutty not overtly oaky, a refreshing tipple.
