November 30, 2019 - Let breathe for 2 hours after opening, consumed over 2 hour period.
Strong colour & nose. A little barnyard aroma on first opening dissipated quickly.
Slight herbaceous undertones did not detract from an enjoyable wine. Good but not great. -

December 4, 2017 - Monstrously heavy bottle, under cork. A pure leaf and cassis on the nose, light to medium bodied with silky texture, high acids and fine tannins. Seems quite Yarra Valley in its flavour profile. Elegant and drinking nicely now, don't think this is built for the long haul - but that is ok.

April 24, 2013 - Giaconda Tasting (PWS Melbourne): Again, an interesting Cabernet. This was a bit richer and fuller than the 2011, with more tannin structure and more recognisable Cabernet attributes. Already showing some nice cigar box development.
