May 2, 2013 - Your Thoughts On ... Vega-Sicilia (Rotterdam): From Christie's auction in London. A complex nose with smoke, pain grille, mushroom, tobacco and leather. On the palate medium bodied with delicious acidity and integrated tannins. With a long lingering finish. Quite interesting and more pleasurable compared to the 1993!

August 30, 2008 - I found a little funk on this, hay, horse, earth, while there was lots of depth and structure to it as well. Certainly an interesting wine.
