January 31, 2021 - Moderately oxidative profile with bruised apple and a bit of nuttiness along with some lemon curd. Very tart and precise with an aggressive mousse. This is excellent for the price if you’re into oxidative sparklers.

January 14, 2021 - This is very good. Bone dry and I suspect it will get better with another year or two in bottle. Crisp apple skin, spice, earth and nuts. The label says 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 5% each Poulsard and Trousseau. The last two give this a lovely difference and aromatics. A great value as well. I will drink more of this.
