August 27, 2014 - Sickeningly overripe/putrefying banana notes. Beyond its drinking window. Put aside after the first sip.

May 5, 2012 - Still fresh with nice pear, light spice, tiny touch of butter and a snap of acid to keep it lively. Supposidely oustide the window but I think it was at it's peak.

September 5, 2007 - Consistent w/ last bottle. Clean, medium-bodied, with vanilla, spices, and quite a lot going on. Moderate acid, light oak. Really top notch.
