  December 11, 2016 - Medium to full body, clear, brick color. Expressive nose with hints of strawberry and wet leaves. Round and complex mouthfeel, round tannins and good acidity. Notes of Liquorice and cherries, Long finish. Very enjoyable.

  May 25, 2013 - - It's balanced with a medium/full body. Polished texture with a medium finish - Nice nose. Cherry fruit. Vanilla notes with a hint of tobacco. Velvety tannins. Nice finish. Nice alone and even better with food. Very nice RdM.

  February 27, 2013 - Very nice rosso di Montalcino. Cherry and vanilla at the beginning, with leather and tobacco notes throughout. Tannins are strong, but not overpowering. Acidity too, and very food friendly.

  December 31, 2012 - New Years Eve w/friends. Opened for 1 hour. Great QPR a very nice Italian Wine. Strong Berry with hints of leather. Smooth finish that improved the longer it was opened. Would purchase more as a very nice red.
