February 6, 2016 - Two hour decant. Deep ruby color. Medium legs. Blackberry, coffee and vegetal nose. Boysenberry, coffee, cocoa and blueberry palate. Soft suede texture. Very good balance. Long finish. 14.8% ABV

May 11, 2012 - Opaque dark red color with medium viscosity.
On the nose aromas of blackberry and plum are framed by cassis, campfire coals, sandalwood and violets with faint hints of eucalyptus.
the palate is vibrant with with flavors of fresh blackberry, cassis, cedar, and rosemary. Acidity is crisp and the tannins are my favorite piece in this wine, mature and well integrated, firm but not overbearing. the finish is medium in length and intensity
