May 10, 2014 - A I noted before, this is an off-dry sparkling pear cider. It is very light (only 4% alcohol too) on the palate. We had it with some spicy Thai food and it went ok, but honestly it is better as an aperitif.

December 9, 2013 - Slightly off dry with great balance. Soft pear flavor. Great with food. Had with roasted salmon and fresh cracked crab.

December 7, 2013 - This is an off-dry and refreshing pear cider. It is very light bodied and has a very slight residual sweetness. Nice bubbles.

November 9, 2013 - This is perhaps one of the best ciders I've ever had. It's relatively dry, with a great depth of flavor - certainly there's pear - but the pear flavor seems to move and evolve throughout the sip. A touch of spice but nothing overpowering and somewhat hard to notice. It's delicious!
