Community Tasting Notes 4

June 21, 2018 - Slight clearing on edges. Quiet on the nose to open but cleared up with agitation. Earth, dark plum, rhubarb, charcuterie, lavender, juniper, liquorice and sweet fennel. Palate is similar with cassis and a vanilla finish. There is a slight green element and a bit of heat, finish was slightly short.

May 10, 2018 - Soft and supple with a balanced finish. Fully mature and excellent with a strip loin grilled steak, medium rare.

October 7, 2014 - Taste with Winebow at FHE.
Supple. Elegant, classic Merlot styling. Inky, purple spice and flowers. Fresh moderate body with some youthful grip.
