February 4, 2013 - Opened it right out of the fridge, and it was too cold, and as a result, was not good. Giving it some air and some time came around nicely. Paired nicely with zesty teriyaki chicken and rice.

August 13, 2012 - Honey, hibiscus, and pear notes for the aroma- slightly crisp on the nose. Mellow, oaky bite on the palette initially, gently covering a cider-like crispness to the taste. Warm, gentle finish, with hardly a lingering presence. I find slightly chilled, and quickly decanted, that further crisp notes of apple, pear, and honey will take more precedence over the rounded oak feel of it.
Being a red wine drinker, and highly inexperienced in Pinot Gris, I was happily surprised with the enjoyment I had with this wine. Perhaps, I merely find this wine slightly flat and unassuming- though highly drinkable.
Excellent with fresh-grilled vegetables and lime zest.
