September 29, 2023 - Smoked meat and tanned leather on the nose, with a hint of ripe strawberry. The palate has rather firm, but not unpleasant tannins. Dark fruit and earthy notes. Pretty good given the vintage, if just a touch disjointed. No hurry, but not sure how much it will improve.

April 13, 2022 - Still lots going on here. Great fruit but still quite tannic. Should be good for another 5 years at least.
